1. Which carrier do you use?
We usually use DHL, TNT, UPS, and FEDEX to transport our goods.

2. May I get one sample before placing order?

Yes, we'd like to provide sample for you. For some items, it is free and you only need pay the shipping cost. When we both cooperate for some times, free sample will be offered.3.  Which payment is available for your company?
There are some payment methods for your option. T/T(USD), Western union, Paypal, Credit card, Alipay or Alibaba trade insurance. You can choose the one which you like.

4. How and when can I get my goods after payment?

For small quantity products, it takes only 1-2 days for delivery by air. And for large quantity, it will take about 1-2 weeks.
